Shipping & Returns

 

 

SHIPPING:

 

Our products are uniquely fresh and are produced in small batches.  We will strive to ship your order the day we receive it.  If we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment, we will promptly contact you to advise an estimated shipping date.

 

We use UPS, USPS and FedEx shipping carriers.  The rates are based on weight & package dimensions using the shipping carriers live rates.  We do not mark up our shipping rates.

 

RETURNS:

 

We are very confident that you and your pet will be thoroughly pleased with our products. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Purefect Pet purchase, please return the unused portion in its original packaging to the original place of purchase for a replacement or refund (subject to the store's return policy).

 

Products purchased directly from Purefect Pet on this website may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner:

 

  1. Call or email Purefect Pet Customer Service for a Return Authorization #.

  2. Write the Return Authorization # on the outside of the box.
  3. Enclose a copy of the original invoice/receipt with the Return Authorization # written on it.
  4. Send the unused portion in its original packaging to the address provided by the Purefect Pet representative that gives you the RA#.:
